The legendary hip-hop group taps Vans for its latest sneaker collaboration

Nearing three decades in the game, if any, acts in hip-hop have accrued the type of legacy in footwear that A Tribe Called Quest.

From Nike Blazers to Air Max 1s to SB Dunks to just about any model in the sneaker giants catalog, Tribe’s red, black and green colorways remain some of the most coveted (and borderline iconic) sneaker collaborations in hip-hop.

Now it appears there’s yet another silhouette to salivate over, as the group unveils a first glimpse at their upcoming collection with Vans ahead of a full Spring 2018 collection. An image of a clean off-white leather “BONITA” Sk8-Hi arrived today via Instagram, debuting at a ComplexCon installation this weekend. They also shared a new line of merch inspired by the late Phife Dawg.
