Ariel serves as the President and CEO of PWC Developers, a Los Angeles-based construction management company. She has experience with building both commercial and residential properties. Under her management and leadership, Ariel successfully completed two (2) Hilltop Coffee + Kitchen stores, a thriving coffee shop co-founded by HBO’s Issa Rae along with a Treehouse Co-Living building in Hollywood.
Prior to her role at PWC Developers, Ariel worked extensively with foundations, community and nonprofit organizations, and public figures to produce strategic communications campaigns. As a Campaign Manager for Reinvent Communications, a social impact communications firm, she was responsible for developing strategies for initiatives such as the My Brother’s Keeper Challenge for Long Beach and Inglewood. She worked closely with local government entities and managed events for a variety of clients.
One of Ariel’s strengths is her ability to harness her network and leverage her community knowledge to navigate the challenges of construction. She interfaces with clients, vendors, community members, and City stakeholders to garner support for projects to get them over the finish line.
Ariel received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications at Loyola Marymount University in 2013.
